LOEWEN ADJUSTABLE CHAFFER & SIEVE FEATURES

New LOEWEN Adjustable Chaffers and Sieves feature Nylon Adjustment Arms & Cushions in each wire hole to improve adjustments and reduce friction, wear and breakage. Individual replacement louvres and nylon parts make for easy repairs.

EASY TO SET - The spring loaded indexed handle allows you to set your chaffer for optimum opening and air flow to match specific crop and harvest conditions. The special indexed handle makes it easy to return to the same setting.

BETTER DISTRIBUTION - The LOEWEN Chaffers feature dividers which help retain a more even distribution on hill-side conditions for cleaner samples and a faster harvest.

MORE STRENGTH - The square front and rear tubes and the dividers add rigidity and strength to the chaffer.

MORE FINE TUNING - Now you can fine tune and increase the performance of your combine with a wide variety of louvre and spacing options.

EASY TO REPAIR - Individual replacement louvres, nylon parts and wires make repairs easy - no need for torching and welding.

LOEWEN ADJUSTABLE BLUNT FINGER

This bottom sieve is used in most crops. Also available in wide space for harvesting corn.

LOEWEN ADJUSTABLE SHORT FINGER

Recommended for small grains, rice, flax or small seed. Adjust for cleaning in low volume small crops and trashy conditions.

LOEWEN ADJUSTABLE LONG FINGER

Designed for corn and most other large seed crops. Less plugging with cobs and trash will occur with this chaffer.

LOEWEN (Petersen) ADJUSTABLE AIR FOIL

Designed for all crops, including grasses and small seeds. Louvre design directs the air virtually straight up, creating a cushion that moves material towards the back. Helps to remove straw and stems.

LOEWEN RIGID AIR FOIL

Pre-set Air Foil configuration for maximum performance under normal conditions. For optimum recovery of most crops, from coarse to fine, as well as difficult to handle seeds. Loewen Rigid Air Foil Chaffers also feature welded in dividers, which add rigidity and strength, and retain even distribution on hillside conditions.

LOEWEN ROUND HOLE

This bottom sieve is available in a variety of hole sizes. For use in crops from alfalfa and clover to beans and corn.

CHAFFER, SIEVE & PRECLEANER SHOE FRAMES

For John Deere 6600 - 9660 combines.
The NEW improved Loewen Chaffer & Sieve Shoe Frames are built to last!

Features include:
- Solid welding around mounting hole plates provide increased strength.
- Reinforced front brace prevents breakage.
- Sieve shoe side panels made with heavier gauge steel.
- Stronger one-piece mounting plate to avoid cracking welds.

CHAFFER & SIEVE SHOE RAILS

For Case/IH 40/60 & 80 series combines.

Features include:
- Chaffer Shoe Frame Rails feature heavy duty shoe mounts, thicker front support plates, and include rubber strips.
- Sieve Shoe Frame Rails feature heavy duty shoe mounts.

CHAFFER & SIEVE BUSHING KITS

For Case/IH, John Deere & Massey combines.
Worn bushings cause vibrations which can damage your chaffer and sieve. Prolong the life of your chaffer and sieve with these bushing kits, complete with hardware. Replace every 500-600 hours to prevent vibration.
