ROTOR CONES
Rotor Cones For Case/IH rotary combines. Loewen Rotor Cones are made of C1045 high carbon abrasive resistant steel, and are designed with only one welded seam for less wear points and longer life. 3/16" and 1/4"
thick cones are available with Standard or Stainless Steel Vanes..

Loewen Rotor Cones are made of C1045 high carbon abrasive resistant steel, and are designed with only one welded seam for less wear points and longer life. 5/32", 3/16" and 1/4" thick cones are available with 1/8" or heavy duty 3/16" Vanes in Standard, Hard Chrome or Stainless Steel.
VANE TRANSPORTS
Vane Transports For Case/IH rotary combines.
Loewen Vane Transports are made of C1045 high carbon abrasive resistant steel for longer wear. Pre-drilled to fit the Rotor Cone and available with Vanes.

Vanes For Case/IH & Gleaner rotary combines.
Case/IH Rotor Cone and Vane Transport Vanes are available in 1/8" or Heavy Duty 3/16" thickness in Standard, Hard Chrome or Stainless Steel.

Gleaner Flat and Channel Helicals are available in Standard, Hardened or Hard Chrome for application in grain or corn and beans.
ROTOR RASP BARS

 For Case/IH, Gleaner & New Holland combines.
Helical, Flat and Specialty Rotor Rasp Bars are available in Standard, Hardened or Hard Chrome.

All bars are carefully checked and sets are matched for equal weight distribution on the rotor, prior to shipment. Grade 8 hardware is included for most models.
THRESHING ELEMENTS, TINES & SPIKE TEETH
Threshing Elements & Tines

For John Deere CTS & STS combines.
The element base of the two-piece system allows for the installation of three difference styles of thresher bar:

  • Smooth for threshing in all crops
  • 5 - Tooth for corn and grain
  • 9 - Tooth for corn and grain, ideal for soybeans
When replacement is necessary, simply install new thresher bars onto the existing element base instead of purchasing a complete OEM-style threshing element. This great new system will save you time and money!.

Made with forged steel, Loewen Threshing Elements and Tines provide less breakage and longer wear than OEM. Hardware Included. Available in Standard, Hardened or Chrome.

Spike Teeth are for all Conventional combines, and include hardware. Used with spike tooth cylinder and concave for improved performance in beans, rice and grass.
