Loewen Rotor Cones are made of C1045 high carbon abrasive resistant steel, and are designed with only one welded seam for less wear points and longer life. 5/32", 3/16" and 1/4" thick cones are available with 1/8" or heavy duty 3/16" Vanes in Standard, Hard Chrome or Stainless Steel. |

Gleaner Flat and Channel Helicals are available in Standard, Hardened or Hard Chrome for application in grain or corn and beans. Helical Riser Kits are also available. |

For Case/IH, Gleaner & New Holland combines. Helical, Flat and Specialty Rotor Rasp Bars are available in Standard, Hardened or Hard Chrome. All bars are carefully checked and sets are matched for equal weight distribution on the rotor, prior to shipment. Grade 8 hardware is included for most models. |

For John Deere CTS & STS combines. Made with forged steel, Loewen Threshing Elements and Tines provide less breakage and longer wear than OEM. Hardware Included. Available in Standard, Hardened or Chrome. Spike Teeth are for all Conventional combines, and include hardware. Used with spike tooth cylinder and concave for improved performance in beans, rice and grass. |

Replace worn Wear Bars and Blade Kits (Elephant Ears) with Loewen hardened abrasive resistant steel bars. Optional oversized Wear Bars cover a larger portion of the tip of the impeller blade, giving it a longer life. A special beveled leading edge also improves feeding. Available in Hardened or Hard Chrome. |

For Case/IH rotary combines. Designed to prevent plugging and wadding of the rotor. The Marlins Impeller Blade Kit is smaller than the original style - opening up the entrance to the rotor, allowing material to feed smoothly. Includes balanced Impeller Blades, Chrome Wear Bars and hardware. |
