SPRING LOADED CONCAVE SHOCK KIT |

The Shock Kit is designed to reduce or prevent damage to your concaves, pipes and rotor. The heavy duty compression springs absorb the shock caused by a foreign object or large amounts of material going through the threshing area. | ||
HELICAL BAR CONCAVES |
|||
 |
The NEW Loewen Helical Bar Concave features angled cross bars for more aggressive threshing. This unique concave is designed to prevent whiteheads or unthreshed grain in hard to thresh crops. Used primarily in wheat in the first concave position, material enters the rotor and strikes the cross bars at a right-angle which hits the heads hard and breaks up any straw that could interfere with the separation of the grain. The Helical Concave has also been used in the third concave position to reduce rotor losses in small grain. Operators report reduced horsepower requirements, wider concave settings, longer harvest hours and slower rotor speeds. |

For 9000 series, STS series, CTS & CTS II combines. The NEW Loewen plastic Clean Out Spout provides easy access to the clean out housing at the bottom of the vertical unloading auger. The large spout reservoir allows unwanted material and moisture to clear, preventing buildup and rust on the elevator housing. A slide out door makes removal of trash quick and easy. |

STS ADJUSTABLE PRECLEANER |

The NEW Loewen STS Adjustable Precleaner offers you greater flexibility and performance! John Deere STS combines include a rigid precleaner that is pre-set for corn. This wide setting causes loss of material through the precleaner when small grain crops are harvested. The Loewen Adjustable Precleaner allows you to fine tune your louvres for the specific crop that you are harvesting - providing you with better separation and a cleaner sample. Adjustments are made with a crank that fits over the adjustment gear - count your turns for precise settings. The Adjustable Precleaner features Nylon Cushions in each wire hole to reduce friction, wear and breakage. Individual replacement louvres, wires and nylon parts make repairs easy! |
